Safe Herb Teas For Pregnancy
I have found during pregnancy many teas are safe and very good for mother and baby. Even for Dad! I have included herb teas for lactating (nursing) moms too. When you are expecting a baby, you have to be very cautious when it comes to the herbs you take or drink. Many of them can cause harm. I have given you a list of those on another page. Please look it over. It is good to have an end to journey toward: but it is the journey that matters in the end. Ursula D. LeGuin
