Symptoms of Kidney Stones
The symptoms of kidney stones are very painful. If you have ever passed kidney stones you will never forget it. One man I know told me he figured it to be about like having a baby. Then he asked me why women ever have more than one! We women know the answer to that one, the love in your heart for the child replaces any pain felt during deliver. For a man passing a stone there is no child to take the place of that pain.

The symptoms of kidney stones include:
-sudden extreme pain in the lower back, side, or groin -blood in the urine -fever and chills -vomiting
-a bad odor or cloudy appearance in the urine -burning during urination -the abdomen becomes distended
This could start out as just a mild constant ache in the lower back until the stones block the urinary tract. If you are here with just the mild signs then please do something before they get any worse.
What are the causes? -low dietary fiber -diet high in fat -high calcium-low magnesium diet (usually from dairy products0 -too much animal protein -refined sugar -too much alcohol -too much salt -antacids -dehydration The following are some of my recommendations.
