I know a lot of people who would like to know cancer symptoms. I will go into the symptoms of cervical cancer and colon cancer on this page. Just knowing what to look for could save your life or a loved ones life. If you listen to your own body and pay attention to what it is telling you, you can learn alot.

1. Tangible lumps, especially in the breast or groin.

2. Changes on birthmarks or nipples.

3. Changes in bowel or bladder habits.

4. A persistent sore throat or coughing.

5. Difficulty in swallowing, especially among the elderly.

6. Heavy, abnormal bleeding from any body orifice.

7. Wounds that will not heal.

8. Swellings that will not go down.

9. Noticeable weight gain or loss.

I'm sure that all of these signs do not have to mean that you have cancer. But I would sure listen to them and do something about them. None of these symptoms can mean anything good.

My recommendation as a first line of defense if you do have these cancer symptoms is turmeric, also known as curcumin, it's active ingredient.
